Ticket policy
Urban Flea tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. An internal invalidation does not create or promise a refund. Any legally required exception will be handled through the original payment channel.
Event changes
Programming, artists, workshops, layouts and timings may change. If an event is materially rescheduled or cancelled, Urban Flea will publish the applicable remedy through official channels.
Marketplace purchases
Products at the event are sold by independent participating brands. Product return, exchange, warranty and fulfilment questions must be addressed to the relevant seller unless Urban Flea is expressly identified as the seller.
Safety and conduct
Visitors must follow venue, security, age, prohibited-item and safety instructions. Entry may be refused or withdrawn for unsafe, abusive, fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
