Information we collect
When you contact us or use an application form, Urban Flea may collect the details you provide, including identity, contact, application, attachment, attribution and consent information. Technical security logs may include IP address, browser and request identifiers.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate applications, operate tickets and partner services, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve the event experience and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with authorised Urban Flea staff and contracted providers needed to operate the service. We retain records only for a legitimate operational, legal or security purpose and protect private files with access controls.
Your choices
You may ask about your personal information or request a correction by writing to info@urbanflea.in. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention or audit reasons.
Meta conversion tracking
If you allow advertising tracking through Privacy choices, Meta Pixel records page visits and a Lead event only after our system saves a successful stall application. We also send that Lead from our server using the same event reference to avoid double counting. Matching information can include your email, Indian mobile number and city, normalized and SHA-256 hashed, plus available Meta browser and click identifiers, IP address and browser information. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. We do not send application messages, attachments or social profile links to Meta. When ticket checkout is available, the browser reports Purchase only after our server verifies a paid order, with its actual INR value.
Advertising choices and retention
Advertising tracking is optional and separate from the consent needed to process your application. Declining it does not prevent submission. Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice for future tracking. Withdrawal clears stored advertising-journey history in this browser; it does not recall events already sent or erase previously submitted records. With advertising consent, we remember the first recorded visit and most recent attributed visit in this browser for up to 180 days, including available campaign, ad set, ad and creative identifiers and names, placement, source, UTM tags, click identifier, page and referrer. We retain a snapshot with your submitted application and any resulting booking for business attribution reporting. Unrelated URL query parameters are excluded from this journey snapshot. Meta cookies can be retained for up to 90 days; your privacy preference is remembered for 180 days. Matching information queued on our server is encrypted and removed after successful delivery or expiry of the 47-hour delivery window. Delivery status and consent records remain for operational audit.
